Looking forward to ending my SYC, I am beginning to poke around for a blue day dress again. I am wanting one I can use many different belts with, not too sacklike, too twee, or too businesslike. Oh, and not too dressy, and definitely woven. Not too much to ask, right?
How does this one look? I know the pics are kinda crummy, but it has slit sleeves, subtle pleating from the shoulders, and a chest pocket. Self belt that comes off. It is the same length and waist measurements as my mod shift dress (pic 3), for comparison.
Ideally, I would wear it both as a tunic and as a dress. I figured I could spunk it up a little with my Heather multibuckle belt and my gladiators or keep it ladylike with my MoHop sandals? Or sex it up a bit with the Julia lace up boots.
