This is a three dots cotton jersey dress, I think it's size M or L? I am a size 8-10, larger on the bottom than the top, and it fits OK. It's a bit too small around the hips for me and maybe a little loose up top.
There is criss-crossed ruching at the mid-section, very flattering. The color is darker than it appears in this photo. Kind of a blueberry blue color.
