Per the requests to see a side by side of the two sizes, here are the two photos I took. Larger is on the left (hair up)...
I am not going to keep the smaller size - they are quite uncomfortable and I feel they are obscene in the, er, crotchal (to quote Patty) area, regardless of whether I wore them with something longer. I cringe just posting this photo!
So the only issue is whether the larger size can work as is or hemmed; otherwise, I will send both pairs back. Suggestions welcomed!
