I read in Oprah mag that Bobbi Brown (the makeup person) says one of the biggest things you can do for your looks is bleach your teeth.

I did this at the dentist's office about 10 years ago and had those little trays made where you bleach your teeth as a follow- up on your own.

Well my dentist now offers ZOOM where for $300 (he reduced the price for me--it usually is $475) I go in for about 2 hours and come out with white teeth.

I am tempted to do this because:
1. I am lazy to wear my trays. To do it right the dentist says I need to do it for a week (30 mins 2 times per day). This takes discipline but if I am being crazy even considering ZOOM then maybe I could motivate myself to do it.

2. I drink coffee and tea and over time my teeth are not as white. I like them really white.

3. The receptionists at the dentist office says the trays may not fit as tight anymore after 10 years. Both receptionists at the dentists office had ZOOM and drink tons of coffee and tea and have sparkling white teeth.

What do you think? Is it worth $300 to go in and come out with white teeth or should I just suck it up and do my trays?

Then I had an acquaintance (who has really white teeth) tell me that our same dentist told her to just wear Crest whitestrips!
