He said the ruffles clash with the blazer and the dress should not be worn with a blazer. I should also note my blazer is a tad small so I keep it unbuttoned. The black material of the dress and the blazer match, but obviously are not perfect matches because they are separates.
Do you all think it looks tacky to wear a blazer over a dress that has ruffles on it? The top ruffles only peek out somewhat.
