Black high-rise skinnies for Aida

So I saw in Aida's NAS sale she was looking for high-rise black skinnies.
I got these back in the winter at Aritzia. I really liked them and cheaper than most of the premium stuff.
I don't know if this is your size

They have stores in UVillage and Bellevue, so maybe it's worth calling them. I got mine at the UVillage store.

Frankly I"ve been having a harder time finding new denim styles at Nordies in general.

Hmm probably a bit small, I think I'm a 27 on average if the jean isn't super stretchy but I ended up fitting into a big range of sizes when I was at NAS so who knows anymore. I'll give them a call in case either store has something, thanks for the rec! Will definitely check them out.

Aida, have you seen the Gap 1969 black legging jeans? They're not denim, but they are a beautiful deep black, and as comfortable as yoga pants. Available only online, and on sale now, I think. The petite version is high rise on me, but I'm 5'2". The black resolution denim jeans are also high rise, but a more faded, worn black.

Tulle, I haven't but thanks for the recommendation. I'm actually looking for something that's a heavier denim and not super stretchy, which seems to be few and far between these days. I'll check those out though, especially if the Resolution denim is similar to the faded pair I already have.

I'm afraid the Resolution jeans are very stretchy--not a quality I always like in jeans, but the ones I have are very comfortable, especially for travel, etc. They may not be your cup of tea.

I wish my local Aritzia had those in store. I was also impressed by the other Aritizia high-rise jeans, The Castings, when I tried them on a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I'd just bought a different pair that didn't work out very well, so I may go back and buy them later.

Thanks for the rec Angie. Not sure rise on that pair might not be quite high enough -- I want to be able to wear the little cropped fair isle sweater with them and not flash any skin. So I think I need 9.5-10". But once I can get a few NAS items returned I'll try these just the same.
