Black Dress Pants for curvy women

Hello Angie and All!
This blog is my first read in the morning. Angie you are my Style Guru!
I need help. I have a lovely Christian Dior black and white check jacket (vintage) and need to find black dress pants. Find something comfortable for a curvy woman is really hard.
Can you help?

I am a curvy gal and for dress trousers I swear by Talbots. I know, not nearly as trendy as some, but they work for my body. They carry up to size 24W. They have a curvy fit which is nice if you are curvy through hips and thighs. I like Heritage fit which is curvy through the hips and relaxed through the thichs but not as much as the curvy fit.

Editor pants from Express are also good, and a great price. I find Express stores horrifying - the lights! the music! the fact that I am twice as old as anyone in them! But these are just classic dress pants, cut for someone bigger in the thighs and smaller in the waist.

I swear by my Worthington Curvy Trousers from JCPenney. The quality is not great, but the fit is perfect for my body. Cut nice and roomy through the hip and thigh, with a nipped in waist.

Coldwater Creek has a nice ponte knit pant that I own. It wears well, and has an elastic waist (hidden) that is ideal for the curvy gal.

What's your height?

You have lots of options actually - and great suggestions from the ladies. Try the curvy fits at AT. The Express Editors are good. So are the Sloans at BR. Talbots is worth a shot, and remember that a slight alteration at the waist is an easy fix.

If you wear a size 8 or larger, try Chicos too. They don't make smaller sizes, so that's why I attached a size to that option.
