Aaarrgh! These are so wonderful but I didn't think about the sock issue. With thicker socks for winter, they absolutely crush my toes because my feet are so wide and my toes so chubby! I sized down per the reviews but should have gotten my regular size.
I would be more devastated if I didn't have another pair on the way. And I branched out and got a different color, prune, which looks like a purplish brown.
Anyway these are like new - they have been worn maybe 5 times, with thin socks, mostly indoors. They are a true size 5. Supercomfy low heel. The toe is scuffed a little but that is how they came and according to the reviews that is part of the RATE design.
Asking $90 plus shipping. They retail at $199 on Nordstrom right now. If no one wants them they are off to consignment!
