Final installment, sorry for being a forum hog, I just couldn't wait to show you all my goodies!

Toppers now!

I've wanted a blush moto for-ever! I him and haw and never get one and then lust after the Danier ones seen here, and on Angie, and now on Suz...so when I saw this one (albeit faux) I hopped on it. I will admit I sweat like a mother when I wore it traveling yesterday, but I hope it works out better on days I am less active. It was a nice way to try it out color-wise to confirm if blush really is a good color for me. It mixes well with a lot of the tops I recently got and will de-orphanize (a word, no?) some of my cooler toned greyish/taupe booties.

A total wildcard - I tried on this faux fur vest bc I thought it went with what I was wearing at the time (the new NYDJ bootcut dark wash jeans, new EF wool burgandy sweater and boots) - half jokingly! I wore it around the store and didn't even look at myself in the mirror for a good 5-10 min but when I did, I liked what I saw. I can see this working with some of the more earthy toned items I've picked up lately, but since it has black in it as well, it should mix fairly well with many pieces and different shoe options, too.

CK open front cardigan - years and years ago, I had several pieces from this type of fabric, don't know what you call it but it wears like iron. Slightly shiny woven fabric. Anyway, ironically (cosmically?) as I was in Macy's I was thinking about the sweater and cardi situation. I don't care for boyfriend or grandpa (whatever you call them) styles on me. I hate anything bulky or chunky which is all the rage now in current trends. I don't need much warmth, but do use one as an extra layer when needed. I stumbled across this baby in the suiting department and it was exactly what I was looking for but didn't realize. Love it when that happens! It has a nice detail on the sleeve and bottom (a more open weave pattern). Classy and fits ME, not trendy, but classic like my style tends to be. Don't pretend to be boho 20 layer chunky sweater wearing bc you just aren't and that's ok - that was my takeaway from my dressing room analysis on this item

Striped poncho by Chicos - again, Chicos, but to me, it's not all granny! I've found some nice things there, and this proves it. This poncho is awesome! I want to wear it every day! I might need more ponchos in my life......haha......the stripes are slimming, it's not bulky, it's black and cream/white so goes with a ton of my wardrobe. Love, love, love and feel chic and stylish with it on. A winner.

And one lone dress. I looked at a Target number (Ava and Viv scuba with sleeves and floral print) but it was a tad big and I just didn't feel fab. I waited. Glad I did bc this EF number showed up on sale plus clear the racks (25% more off). I can wear it alone (I was lacking summer dresses for when we are in warmer climates), I can layer over it (denim jacket, white denim jacket, white moto, blush moto, the options go on) and it goes well w/the new Tory Burch sneakers, too! Score!

Feedback and opinions welcome.
