I remember many of you were also fascinated by Bill's neighbour Editta Sherman. I recently discovered Bill and Editta made a book together in the 1970s: "Facades". Just thought I'd share it here.
The concept sounds really intriguing and I'd love to leaf through the book one day:

Bill Cunningham's "Facades" brings together 128 of the best architectural settings and fashion from a 200 year period. These wonderful costumes are worn by Editta Sherman, the "Duchess of Carnegie Hall", as she poses for the camera in virtually every corner of Manhattan.
