BF jeans trouble DH :(

I love slouchy and BF styles. And love wearing my old jeans which are now slouchy on me. But my DH hates them with a vengeance. to an extent that he thinks I am dressing sloopy :O.
DH hates that the jeans makes me look like I have lost my butt. Now why does he want my pear butt displayed is something I always wonder :(.
I am not loving skinny jeans that much anymore. As in I can't always wear them.
We just can't seem to be agreeing on this. Oh well , I can always wear them when he isn't around

Any of you other ladies facing this?

I have heard others here complain that their DH doesn't like BF's. I used to have a pair of overalls that my DH hated, for the the same butt getting lost reason..but they were comfy. Do they think they own our butts? My DH has some jeans I like and some I don't like as much from the butt view but I only comment on the ones I like. I like when DH finds my clothes attractive but I can't always dress to please him. If it's too much conflict maybe just wear them when he's not around.

DH doesn't like BFs or skinnies. Also very picky about pocket placement. I guess I take it as a compliment in that he likes to look at my rear...? But I feel your frustration. I take his comments under advisement. Then I ask YLF.

Truthfully, I think sometimes we invite over-analysis from our DHs. DH never puts on a new pair of jeans or shorts and turns around to ask how the rear looks. If he did, I'd probably find things to critique, too. *shrug*

Have you tried the skinny boyfriend style? They may be a good compromise. I bought these last summer and found them slouchy everywhere except the butt. I found them true to size so bought my usual size...they stretched a lot and became slouchy quickly.

Mr. Suz is the opposite -- he like BF jeans more than skinnies. I don't know what this says about him.

My hubs is pretty laid back--If I like it then he likes it. The whole "if you are happy, then I am happy attitude" Which is great unless you need a really unvarnished opinion--so that's when I turn to YLF!

DH and my kids hate the slouchy BF jeans on me but I wear them anyway--usually when I'm not going to be around them too much (especially my kids because I'm already SO embarrassing.) They say it looks like my jeans ate my butt but I tell them it's on trend--lol! I just think they are comfy and a refreshing change from the skinnies. You are not alone in having to enjoy the baggy BF look in solitary

I like Rae's way of handling things- take DH's comments under advisement, but don't let his words be the final say.

My DH is a booty man, as opposed to a boob man, so I'm extra attentive to how pants fit my rear when deciding whether to purchase or pass. Fortunately for both of us, I'm not into loose fitting or super tight so he tends to think the pants I buy are just right.
