Has anyone ever ordered from the site? I placed an order Jan. 21 that has been charged but not shipped. They have yet to respond to my emails about when it will ship, and there is no phone number. I contrast this to Rue La La, with which I've had a great experience.

Has anyone had a similarly poor customer service experience with them? Thanks!
