Are any of you wearing these, and do you have recommendations?

I like the idea of a white shirt with some kind of fancy cuff that will show under jackets or cardigans, but that does not have so much going on with the upper part of the sleeves that layering is not workable.

Also, I don't do turtlenecks or high necked blouses because they do not suit me.
