What are your one must have accessory, beauty item and fashion item. Mine are as below

1. Beauty must have- Kajal (I look like I am crying if I don't wear them)
2. Fashion must have- Skinny jeans (My wardrobe workhorse)
3. Accessory must have- Umbrella and my scooter (here I am cheating, its two)

1. Beauty - very greasy moisturizer as I tend to dry out, AND sunscreen (sorry that's two).

2. Fashion - button down shirts and turtlenecks (two again)

Hi all

Kajal is the traditional eye-pencil of the Indian subcontinent. It's black in color.
Traditionally kajal was balm kind available in a box. We applied it into our eyes using our finger tips or a stick.

In it's modern version it's available as a pencil. It's what makes our eyes sparkel

I think Kajal is essentially the same thing as kohl, right? I love the effect. I only learned how to use a very soft eye liner pencil this year. Previously my attempts with liner were frustrating; it was only recently that I realized how hard the pencils I'd tried to use were compared to the soft creamy pencil I use today.

Yeh thanks Kari and ramrr for explaining so well what kajal is. And yeh LynDodd, Suz and Louise that's the older traditional version of Kohl and black eyeliner pencils. Thess pencils tend to burn my eyes (i wear power contacts). But these kajals prepared traditionally with camphor, and other home species soothes the eyes and makes it sparkle too unlike the cosmetic pencils. They give a cooling effect to my already burning eyes (contacts).

Oh sun a nice and beautiful reply from so many beautiful people. And yes I was too finding it hard to just keep only one item in these must haves. So I understand all of your problems. And yes Kelly I would not call it cheating, as I too find it hard to narrow down all my must haves to only one item.

This is tough!
Beauty - my 25 spf very rich day moisturizer. as I get older I have some brown spots and this has helped decrease them while also keeping my dry skin happy.

Fashion - my trousers, possibly? I have lately been wearing them a lot more and it feels good to me.

Accessory - a good sized tote handbag that can keep me organized! I really only have three or four (out of probably 10 or 12) that are big enough to work for my everyday weekday.

I am late to this party, but I'm happy to have heard of kajal. My eyes itch from all the eyeliner's I've tried - even the hypoallergenic ones - but here is one more product to try... you never know!

Beauty - spf 30 BB cream.

Fashion - Boots! A year-round thing, even though it gets warm here.

Accessory - If I have to pick, it should be a handbag, since that's where I keep all my other miscellaneous tools like chapstick and breath spray. I guess that's cheating, too, lol.
