That depends! How long would it be on you? For some of us, that would feel too short to wear without leggings or tights -- but it feels like a beachy-summery type of dress to me. If the length were right, I'd wear it out for a casual lunch or dinner. In warmer temps than the ones I'm currently facing!

Umm, don't take this wrong, but this is sort of putting the cart before the horse. If you can't envision when or how you are going to wear it, perhaps you should rethink the purchase? I know that can be hard when you are inexplicably drawn to an item. That said, I tend to wear shorter hems than most and even I can't really do shorter than 34" (being roughly 5' 4"). I'd certainly ditch the heels the model is wearing and do strappy, maybe jeweled flats. Suz has the idea with a warm weather lunch on the lanai kind of look.

I think Suz has a good point--how long will it be on *you*? Models are often very tall, so if you're quite short, the dress might be a more modest length on you. As it stands, I would have to say that this would be a "date night" type of dress--going out (in warmer weather) to a movie or to eat or to a concert of some type. It looks too dressy to me to be worn for everyday things. So you might want to consider whether the price is worth it if you can't wear it much.

I'd wear it boho style with flat sor low wedge sandals and a slouchy bag. Leggings under it, or skinnies, if it's very short. A denim jacket or vest couldalemit.more casual, but the sleeves might not be compatible. Gorgeous dress!
