At first I thought it was just like a Scotte vest, and it kind of is, except for the neck pillow, eye mask, and stylus.

I have one of their vests and like it pretty well. I took it to Turkey a couple years ago and it worked great until it got hot. It looks like they have a new one for hot weather. I just want to take it off when it's hit and muggy.
I have an inflatable neck pillow already, and don't need an eye mask because I just close my eyes, and I don't need a stylus because I have fingers.
