If you have a personal shop at My Shape, they are offering an extra 50% off of sale merchandise tomorrow only (only if you shop through your personal store). There are currently several styles of Swet Pea tops marked down to around $40, so now is the time to pick those up. I am thinking of trying a couple out. I've been waiting for a sale like this to do it.

YEP! So if you don't have a personal shop at My Shape, set one up today- it takes a while because they want you to enter a bunch of measurements.

I've got 3 in my shopping cart. Hopefully they won't sell out before I can snag them tomorrow. I wonder what time I should start trying....
That SP dress was intriguing, but I could just imagine all of my bumps and bulges out there for the world to see, and I didn't think it would work well over jeans or even leggings.

Thanks for sharing this Khris! I am always torn as to whether I should order the size I think I am or order the size MS thinks I am. On one hand they think I'm an 8-10 in some tops (obviously because of my bust), and on the other hand they are telling me to get an S in Sweet Pea when I usually prefer an M. I think their sizing works best on those who aren't all that curvy. I am the curviest shape according to them (S) and I'm absolutely sure most of the sizes they recommend for me are wrong.

Oh hey they have Jean's fabulous LBD! I can't link to it though because of how the site is set up. How annoying.

Thanks for the heads up! I am a member, but the MyShape emails usually end up in my Spam folder I've got a few dresses picked out.

Maya -- I noticed that their sizing can be a bit wacky too. For example, one dress I selected they thought I should get size 12! It's particularly weird because the dress is voluminous. Anyhow, I wish they would put sizing charts for the different brands so we can better select our own sizes.

I wish you were able to link to Jean's LBD! What is the brand?

Cathy, it's Calvin Klein and it is on sale. If I had a smaller bust and a lot more money, I would jump on it If it isn't her dress, it's still VERY similar to it.

That's a pretty good deal! I picked up two earlier this year during the smartbargains sale that was posted on the forum and I think they ended up being about $22 each including shipping. I don't think I need more than two in my wardrobe though (plus I'm on a no spend anyway!). The sweet pea wrap top with white denim is one of my favorite Angie/YLF formulas for spring!

shana,- that's what mine ended up being- $21 and some change including the shipping (you get free shipping if you're a member). The ones that I really loved were out of stock in the size that I think I will need, so I just got one to try. I think it will be good, it just wasn't my absolute favorite design/color.
Did anyone else buy one?

I didn't like the colors for any of the SP tops they recommended for me, so I ended up using my Xmas money for a fab ruched Michael Kors woven top and an utterly amazing DKNY menswear jacket.

Also, MyShape carries Carissa's line! How awesome is that!

I have to weigh in-- I like MS and ordered an item from the sale but they definitely do NOt take cup size into account for tops, so it is just like shopping anywhere else online in my opinion. But they have a good selection and great costumer service and when sales come around there can be good deals!

I don't even take their considerations into account, I just shop there like anywhere else. You can shop the whole store, even when you're signed into your personal shop. They say that Sweet Pea tops won't fit me, but I've had them on and know they will. I also know that in general, I have to size down from my actual measurements on sizing charts to get a good fit. I'm sure that is just something about the way that I am constructed, but there ya go- horses for courses.

I tried looking at the regular shop (rather than my personal shop), because the sizes they were recommending to me were wrong, but I still didn't like the colors of the ones that came in my size. It's a shame because I really liked this one pink and gray banded top they had, but the colors were just not right for me. A lot of the others were very pale pastel shades...awful on my complexion.

I think Rose is right. Sweet Pea tops are too clingy in the bust area on me in a small, but luckily the way they are constructed means I can size up without them being huge all over.

I'm stoked at finding such a fab blazer though. I have been looking for a work-and-interview appropriate tailored jacket with unique details for ages and to get it at only $35 is a dream! The Michael Kors top is going to be a great addition too. I think it's short enough to wear with skirts and it will be nice to have a funky woven top that actually fits.

My gosh, since when does MyShape carry Carissa's line? I guess I haven't browsed that site in a long time. That is awesome! I love the stretch cotton shirt in charcoal, too.

They also have the pretty black and white printed jersey Donna Morgan dress that Kristen's been wearing on sale.
