I prefer high quality footwear in the basics (basic pumps, boots, booties, etc), but I enjoy bargain footwear for seasonals and trendy stuff.
So I made a trip to Payless today and found soo many cute shoes!! Everything is buy one/get one 50% off. I had so much trouble narrowing it down to my 2 faves. But I decided on these two, for a totaly of $36. Not bad! What do you guys think?
