Well, I did it. I looked at this bag in NYC and loved it. Perfect size, functionality, so lightweight but apparently they wear like iron…and I decided the grey would be a truly versatile color for me.
I looked around and found a Poshmark seller who must be buying these bags in Japan and then reselling them. It’s brand new with packaging, tags, dust bag, even plastic coverings on zipper pulls and snap all intact. They’re far less expensive there than here. I’m very cautious about buying a label like this on PM, but they authenticate all purchases over a certain dollar amount, so I made an offer of that amount, and the seller accepted. The authentication inspection passed, and I also researched and inspected all the details which seem to be in line with the real thing, so I’m quite sure I got an authentic bag. I got it for a very significantly lower price than the tag in the NY store (and way, way less than the link in the Find, which is crazy).
Here it is with an outfit that I literally threw on in two minutes for a very hectic day. It’s a super simple outfit but I added some fun jewelry to make up for it. And the bag elevates it too! I’m super excited about the bag — I’ve wanted a real one for years but wanted it to be the most versatile-for-me everyday style and color, since I have other bags in fun colors. I have a couple of old bags that are going away to make room for this one.
