I know there are some Kohl's shoppers here (Kristen has an assortment of kickass Kohl's dresses), so I thought I'd post this.
If you have Kohl's Cash from the recent promotion where you get $10 of Kohl's Cash for every $50 spent, now is the time to cash it in. There is a 15% off coupon for Fri-Sun (more if you have a Kohl's card probably), and there are always good sales. Combine your coupon with the Kohl's cash on a sale item and get a really deep discount. Kohl's Cash cannot be used online, but the coupon can and it's worth a look since they are doing shipping for 99 cents per item right now. My store doesn't have them in stock, but I found Levi's denim leggings for $19.99 online. With the coupon, they were around $20 including the shipping.
