I clicked on the ad and looked at the product. I recognized it... I have indeed tried them before. I've also tried the ones that go underneath.
I think they could work great for small to medium-busted women, but they didn't work that great for me. Part of the problem is that in order for the sticker to pull up a large breast more than just a little, it has to distort the breast quite a bit. This results in an odd shape, a sort of gap, at the top. A bit of a banana boob effect.
The adhesive is STRONG - no doubt about it! You have to make absolutely sure that you remove all oils, natural or otherwise, before you put it on or the adhesive will fail (yep, I know from experience).
$10 isn't bad for 10 pairs I guess, but it's unclear to me what you're actually getting. Are you getting 20 lifts (10 pairs) or 20 pairs? They also do a thing I HATE, which is to sort of force you to get a second order "for free" but charge you another huge S&H fee.
In the end I think you get 20 pairs for a total of $23.98. Not a horrible price but a lot if you don't know whether they'll even work.
Check your local bridal/prom store. I'll bet you can buy one or two pairs to find out whether you like the way they feel and look.
