Just a quickie but I believe in giving credit where credit is due.
I recently had a problem ordering an item from the BR website.It wouldn’t let me complete the purchase so I gave up ,alittle gutted as there was a good deal on that day and it was an item that I had stalked.
As they do ,various other deals came through and late today I ordered the same item again only to find ,later,in my emails that BR had sent me a £20off code on my next purchase with them by way as an apology for tthe previous inconvience.
Argggh!
However one quick phone call to customer service and they applied the discount to that purchase without a quibble!l was amazed.l m so used to customer service being anything but so I just had to let you all know.
Woo hoo for Banana Republic!
