So I ordered the citron BR coat at the end of October. It was shipped by 2 day air as always to here, but nothign showed up on tracking and I got nervous last week so I called. The rep told me I had to wait till November 10th and they could then reship. And of course in the meantime it sold out in my sIze. I am so so sad - this is a total HEWI for me and I knew it would happen. Why?!?

Oh no. I've had pretty good luck with BR customer service folks, so maybe they'll track it down for you from a store.

I just had a package disappear last week, too, from Madewell, and the same response that I had to wait til this week to make sure it wasn't just delayed. But luckily the shirt didn't sell out and they just sent me a replacement.

Agree see if can locate in a store. My Talbots camelhair jacket was sold out online, tracked down 2 remaining in U.S. stores, and a very nice SA in VA packed one up & mailed to me. I never got that lucky before, but it encouraged me to consider options!

You all are too kind. I would prefer to call a store and have them ship using my card so I can return, but the person on the phone just kept insisting she couldn't search store inventory. If anyone sees a PM maybe it could be held somehow and I could call the store to pay for it! There's a big discount code now which is why it's gone, I'm sure. Thanks!

The stupid thing is that they shipped it to arrive in 2 days, so to have to wait 2 weeks is silly, even though I realize there are issues that come up with UPS. Anyway, I will just call a store - thanks again!

I would have offered to help, but they closed our BR about a month ago, and it was so small there was no petite section. So sad, just when BR seems to be on the upswing again. I'm rooting for you, Una!!!

I was able to call a BR at an old shopping haunt, the Natick mall, and find one! Sadly I used Rewards on my original order which hasn't been refunded yet, so I lost on that discount. But thank you, Diana, and everyone else who sent good vibes. Now let's hope it FITS!
