This is the new gold button cardigan from BR. It's a really nice alternative to a jacket because it's got some weight to it and the buttons pull it together.
I got it on sale this weekend and I think I'll have to go back for the other colors because they will really come in handy when I don't feel like wearing a jacket to work.
