Would anyone know some basic, ballpark figures for a Marketing Director position at a small nonprofit in Los Angeles or a comparable major (expensive) city?

My husband is transitioning careers into media marketing & analytics. (He has a certificate in web analytics.) He's spent the past two years doing volunteer consulting work for several nonprofits to get hands-on experience (while also working at his own company full-time). One of the local chapters of a nonprofit he's been consulting with has an opening for a full-time marketing director, and they've asked him what he's looking for in compensation. We've done some basic research on sites like Glass Door, but it's hard to get actual salary figures at a comparable company.

This is a small local chapter of a larger, very respected nationwide organization that helps build housing for families in need.

Any ideas how can we go about finding this information? Thanks so much for any advice!
