Oh sorry! Yeah, I am definitely going to share . . . I just got distracted by the dogs who seem to think my neighbors are committing bloody murder.
#1--- wearing gear as clothing (no, I don't wear sweats in public but I am guilty of wearing running shoes and hiking boots and sweatshirts)
#2-- ignoring PPL when running errands (I wear my jeans rolled up in the house, and will go with them flipped up with a pair of flat sandals or wear them 1/2" to an 1" too short with my nursing clogs)
#3-- refusing to buy/shop/spend on stuff that may not work, fear-based (money and time can be a serious issue, because I HAVE to travel to shop, so it is hard to hold out for perfect. As I have gotten older, I generally refuse to buy things that I know will drive me nuts-- like too short sleeves--- but therefore spend 90% of my time wearing clothing that I already own that drives me nuts or really isn't fit for public consumption for lack of better options)
#4-- creating major orphan situations (buying something that needs a top or shoes to work, and then never getting around to finding anything that goes with it--- lots of people have orphan issues, but mine can be as simple as needing a pair of summer shoes of any type that are comfy and can be work with skirts/dresses)
Reading through this, it all says "NEGLECT". I think the two things I am struggling with now is what to purchase and wear for casual wear. It is also investing money in casual wear, home wear, and gear when I am going to have to invest in a wardrobe for work soon ( I hope).
