It looks like one of those cuts that you can go for months without trimming, if you want to add some length, and it will still look great in every phase. I suggest you play it by ear - see how you like it as it grows, then get it trimmed once you're no longer happy.

Your hair is VERY pretty....you have a nice face shape for that hair style. Longer with a few layers would also look amazing on you....I really don't think you can go wrong with any hairstyle.
