Hi everyone! I hope you remember me. I've been missing for months because our lives went under a total & complete change. We realized one day in August that dh wouldn't be getting a teaching job where we were, and if we wanted him back in the classroom we better move. He was in the teaching pool for Calgary, so we decided we'd better make the move, knowing that there was a demand for my profession (accountant) in Calgary as well. So, we listed our house the next week, it sold in 3 days for our full asking price with the possession day we wanted. We found a place to rent that is absolutely ideal for us as far as location & rent price goes. The house is a little smaller than we're used to, but we've adjusted very well. I found a job, starting it almost 1 month to the day of the last day of my previous job. And dh is teaching in a school minutes from our house in the GATE program, which is ideal because he is half way through is Masters in Gifted Education. It was the scariest thing we've ever done, but everything has worked out better than we imagined in our wildest dreams. It's definitely been an adjustment, but we're in a much better position here than we were before.

Now that we're settling in, I hope to be a more active member of the forum again. I even took a pic of my outfit this morning (but haven't had a chance to upload it yet).

Anyway, it feels great to be back.
