Oh my GAWD, that is amazing!! Holy cats, that would be more than I've paid for anything before, but I'm still considering it, assuming they will ship to the US.

I have it in my cart, and the subtotal says $301. Trying to figure out how to make it add the shipping cost to the subtotal and failing... it also exists at Nordstrom but for a full $100 more. :T

Rae, I just had a look and under shipping it says that it's 10€ to the US.

It also says free shipping for any orders over 100€, even if I have chosen the US for the whole site. Maybe that's the case?

Thanks, Astrid! It looks like there is free shipping over 100 euro, so I think that's why I don't see it reflected in my cart.

Sorry to bug you, but are you able to access their return policy page? The returns link keeps sending me to the shipping costs that you were telling me about.

Phew! I saved myself because:

I have no place to wear it.
It won't fit me anyway.
The flaps would overwhelm me.

I still added the Nordstrom one to my wishlist so I can go ogle it every once in a while.

Rae, I only get it in French, snapshot below. I'm not good with French. From what I understood it says that you have to write to them first to confirm your return and then send it. And you can't return it to a store. Are you any better with French?

Looks like you have to write to them to get a return confirmation number and then send it back with that number (like Allsaints). That's my college French, anyway.

Yes, it looks like you need a return authorization number, and looks like shipping is 100% my responsibility for returns. Thank you for both the snapshot and translations!

Sigh... I'll have to think on it more. I have a long black wool coat and a long white puffer. This is a great, warm jacket-length coat, but I don't think it can be worn as a blazer. Would be outstanding for walking to and from bus stops, though.

Rae did you have your heart set on the grey or would you be ok with the black? You could contact Nordstrom and ask them to pricematch. After all, if the price was the same you would be ordering from them.

Yes, that's what the French said. You must get authorization from them before sending it back. And the original wrapping and tags must accompany it. No word whatsoever about shipping costs, which makes me assume they expect you to pay it.

And they had grammar mistakes. Bad ones. *sniffs*

Sorry. Grammar Nazi here. I was trained by fanatics. Commercial sites should NOT have spelling and grammar mistakes. Just sayin'.

Rae, the only question is whether it would be too substantial/ warm a coat for your climate. Otherwise, you would be wearing this little number nonstop all fall/winter.
