I finally purchased a bottle of nail polish remover today (hanging head in shame)....but as I went to deal with my (now seriously chipped) nails, I noticed that the remaining polish on my right thumbnail has chipped itself into the shape of a tiny map of Australia. There's even a little island of New Zealand on the correct side (not two little islands, unfortunately, but not bad for a random manifestation of geographical art, no?).

I thought you southern hemisphere YLFers might get a kick out of that. My thumbnails are trying to tell me to take a holiday in the warm Australian sun, I think!
