Gap is having a promo starting Oct. 13th 30%off and it does not exclude leather this time. Maybe Sarah will read this.

Sarah I called yesterday and talked with a Rep. and she gave me the info. Maybe you could get the Sku # and call some store to see if they have one and would hold it for you until the 13th. I called a few stores and they did not have the jacket in the few I called. I am thinking of getting the jacket also. Will let you known if I locate.

I'd be scared it would run out of stock again...but then again, I'd be bitter if I paid full price and then found out it was on sale and still in stock tomorrow.

I wonder if they would do a price adjustment if you bought it now?

I price-matched something at Gap recently and they price match up to 7 days from the date of purchase. A little too small of a window if you ask me.

Sarah I talked with a rep and she said since Gap has gone world-wide that they sell out fast. I called my local Gap and they told me if I ordered it online they would adjust it if i returned it an bought it again in store on wed. when the 40% is being offered. I don't know if they do that at all Gaps. Just thought I would let you know. I ordered a new Tuxedo jacket in black and grey in petite and a new petite dress. I decided not to order the leather jacket because it does not come in petites.

I decided to wait for the coupon because I just could not bring myself to pay full price. I mean, Gap is great, but it's still Gap. I might pay more for a jacket coming from Nordstrom or something.
But I did want the opportunity to *try* the jacket, so I was happy it was still in stock this morning and I *was* able to use the coupon, plus free shipping, plus 8% cash back at Ebates.
I will definitely post photos when it arrives, thanks ladies!
