Hi,

All my icons are gone. So is the messaging option. And I'm back down to member instead of veteran status. Did this happen to anyone else?

There have been a few bugs here, Lisa. Greg will look into it soonest.

Hi Lisa,

I am seeing a problem where occasionally a member's points and badges get deleted (in fact this exact thing happened to Angie a couple of days ago).

It is easy for me to reinstate the points and badges, but I'm having trouble narrowing down the root cause of the problem.

Do you perhaps remember what you did on YLF just prior to losing the points?

Hmm, my day on YLF started with... I looked at the realtime posts with my ipod (I don't have a smartphone) and responded to them. Then I went to the YLF homepage from my desktop PC using Firefox. I read today's log post. Then I logged in to respond to the blog post. Clicked on a photo on the left side of the mainpage to one of the posts on the forum. When I went to respond to the forum post I noticed I was missing the "messages" option under the butterfly icon and started this thread.
