I am not a total believer that we all fit neatly into one of these constraints....if you don't believe you fit neatly and don't like a good proportion of the colours I wouldn't use it...The system helps people who like to be able to base a wardrobe around it/coordinate colours etc..

I feel you do have a good handle on the colours that work for you, and that work together....and you can wear a good range of colours successfully. I think avoiding too much warmth, and colours that are muddy would be constraint enough. I avoid colours that are too cool and too muddy and aside from that I don't worry too much.
