I know right - here come some gifting holidays, and she's going to stop shopping? (Plus Mr. April and LMA both have birthdays in December/January, so yikes.) I often buy special items for certain people year-round, so it's not like anyone won't have something.
I'm not going to any extremes, but I know I can get perfectionistic about gifts. "I have something already in my 'gift closet' that so-and-so would love, but there's a variation online they might love EVEN MORE..." Also, I could take a long break from wardrobe shopping for myself before I needed anything.
So, I'm stepping back, trying to send my "potential gifts" out into the world of actual gifts before purchasing any new ones, making as many gifts as I can, etc.
Anyone else trying something similar? Or taking a break from wardrobe shopping for yourself?
