I had asked you about doing a button for the end of long conversation at one time. You graciously added that feature, but it doesn't work as I had expected it to. I was wanting the button to bring you to the last post of a thread- but it only does the last page. Can you add that to your honey-do's? (Pretty please?)

khris.. if you click on the pink "2 minutes ago" it takes you to the last response of the thread. Is that what you're looking for?

Chewy, I was going to give the same answer that Queen Mum just gave. But I suspect that you're looking for something slightly different. Can you explain in a little more detail?

The button is already there- it's an arrow at the top of a multi-page thread. If you click it, it takes you to the top of the last page of the thread. I wanted it to take you straight to the last post. This is a standard feature on many forums. I realize that I can get to the last post from the topic list, but I like to go back and read the original post first.

If you look at the beginning of the thread, above the first post it says 'conversation activity'. Within that box it then says 'the latest reply' in pink. Is that what you mean?

No- if the thread has multiple pages, at the top of the thread there are buttons for the pages (1,2, etc), and then an arrow

'Latest reply' in pink takes you to the last post, though, while allowing you to see the first. I'm being a bit stupid here. If I read your OP and then click on 'latest reply' it takes me straight to that reply, whatever page it's on. Isn't that what you wanted or what am I not getting?

Chewy, the arrow you see takes you to the *next* page in the thread from whatever page you are on. Those are the page navigation buttons and will always take you to the top of the page.

The link "latest reply" under "conversation activity" takes you to the very final post in the thread. From what I understand, this is what you're looking for.

I have a converse question. If I am at page 2 of a 2 page post and I want to read the response directly before that one (the last one of the first page) I cannot go back just one reply. I have to go back to the top of the first page and then page down to the bottom of it to get to the last post of page 1. Is there an easy way to go back to the last reply on a previous page rather than the very first reply on that page? If no, no biggie. I just thought since we were bringing these things up I might chime in . . .
