I recently relocated from Florida to New England for my boyfriend's job. We just received an invitation for a Winter Gala at the end of January with the attire listed as semi-formal to formal. I've never been this cold in my life so I'm literally out of my element here. Any assistance would be much appreciated! I am in my mid 20s and a Size 2. I would like to appear chic and sophisticated without looking matronly.
