I have a trapeze style dress to wear to a wedding--it is a "V" beaded neckline with spaghetti straps in a beautiful shade of blue. The majority of the beading is black. I would like to wear something on top over the dress--in black--to cover my upper arms. Not sure what the best option is--a shrug? a shawl/scarf like a Pashmina? A cardigan? HELP!
