Ask Angie: what shade of white suits grey-white hair

I have grey and white hair, medium to fair skin and brown eyes. What shade of white is best for me. Also, if I want to wear optic white, any tips?

Hi, Lucretia. Angie is away from the forum for a while, but we'll try to help if we can.
It's difficult to give advice without a picture, but, generally, if brighter, cool colours suit you, you should be fine with optic white. If your colouring is softer, maybe with silvery rather than bright white hair, you would probably be better with a soft white. If you have warm-toned skin, ivory might be best. Try holding various white shades up to your face to see which brings a healthy look to your face.
