Ask Angie: What is the most minimal wardrobe?

Angie,

I am clearing out my wardrobe because everything is really old and unflattering in most cases. I will be left with very little when it is all over. I will also have very little funds to replenish. I am wondering what is the most minimal wardrobe that is workable? How many bottoms, tops, shoes, and bras? I have accepted that I will have to do laundry more often.

Thanks Loulou and Angie. Luckily for me I am a stay at home mom/work at home mom in SoCal so work wardrobe and leisure wardrobe are pretty much the same. So my wardrobe is pretty much based around jeans. Though I do like to wear dresses and skirts especially in the summer.
