Jenanded....I hear your frustration. It sounds as if our figures might be quite different, but as someone who works at home and yet strives for some sense of style COMBINED with comfort I can deeply sympathize. I'm finding it an incredible challenge to figure out what to wear for my non-office job! People who work in an office think it sounds like bliss to work at home. But actually, I can't work in my PJs, even if I wanted to, because:
1. I have almost daily video meetings with colleagues across North America. Not only do I have to look presentable myself, but so does my home office. Eeek!
2. Somebody might (and often does) come to the door.
3. My daughter might bring somebody home.
4. I often have to go out.
Etc.
Anyway...I hear what you are saying. It would be nice to be able to feel that you weren't just wearing the same thing in a different colour over and over again. I'm actually one of those people who doesn't mind repeating outfits very much, but even I have a limited tolerance for this same top/ different colour thing.
Sigh. I have no real advice, except perhaps to go back to Nordies and that helpful salesperson. If you managed to put together a great office capsule, then I expect you will figure out the WAH capsule, too, in time. But please know, you are NOT alone. It SEEMS as if if should be easier, but I actually think for many of us it is a greater challenge than a really great office capsule or date capsule.
