Perhaps you could be more specific about the style? In my experience, Timberlands generally run TTS.

I've had a few pairs of fashion boots from Timberland that ran true to size (I have a somewhat higher volume foot but my usual 8.5 fits me well).

They were VERY comfortable and have excellent weatherproofing with great treads without looking too clunky (unfortunately none of their current styles call to me, since I'm hunting for a pair of booties in black).
