Sveta, I think you'll be happy with the Tall L and it's good you had a chance to go in and try them out. I like the the link you showed and can't wait to see you in the new ones. I'm checking out the navy one tomorrow and THANK YOU for your suggestion on the price adjustment. I'll take my receipt in and see what they can do.

I hope the sweater works out. I have found Gap sizing is very inconsistent from one top to the next. I recently purchased two sweaters in two different sizes because of the fit changing between styles. Can't wait to see your sweater!

Thanks for chiming in, Jamie. You look sensational in that jumper! I was soooooooo cozy in my holiday outfit last night.

Natalie, the XS does not fit all that well. The dropped shoulders are pulling, when they should be much roomier.

I'm glad you're getting a Tall, Sveta. Perhaps Mum can taper that funnel neck a little.

I tried this sweater on yesterday and it just wasn't working for me. I usually wear a large in sweaters because of my broad shoulders, but that was WAY to big and the medium seemed too big too, the neck of the funnel seemed odd on me. Wasn't flattering for my shape. So sad, this looks so great in Angie, I had high hopes this would be my warm sweater this season.

This thread has been helpful to me. I was very tempted to order the navy and unsure between getting the tall or regular, with my shoulders and bust line the sizing, wanting it to look like it does on Angie, slouchy and longish, as opposed to short and fitted like on the model.

Sveta saying that the navy color was "flat" (confirming review on GAP's site) and Carole's description of the fit on her was the final reason for me to pass. It is also dry clean only and I really like to wash my sweaters. Next!

Sveta, updating you to say that Gap will offer me a price adjustment on the sweater, since it was within seven days and I'm still going to look at the navy sweater in person. Love having so many sweater sisters!

Vicky, this is great news! I hope navy sweather works for you.
