True. But unless they are legally copyrighted through the copyright office they can be used by anyone as long as they credit you with it. It's an invasion of privacy but not illegal. Ebay will probably remove Angie's pic if reported since she was not credited. However, her head is cropped out so really, only people who know Angie would even recognize it.

A good read about watermarking and legally copyrighting. Watermarking is a great way to dissuade people from using your pics. Copyrighting is more for pros.
