I've tried a couple pairs on recently and I love the look and think they would make a great summer and fall "dress shoe" for me. However, so far I haven't found a pair that combines a narrow heel with decent padding (or an arch). I've tried several and have found pairs that stay on my heels but weren't comfortable because of the material or construction or comfortable pairs that were just a smidge wide in the heels (Earthies, I'm looking at you).

Do you have any recommendations? I know this is a busy time of year.
