Angie said in her top picks list to size down on the burgundy polka dot leggings by Wit & Wisdom. I usually wear a 2 in women's and a 4 in juniors' bottoms; I sometimes, but rarely, take a 0. Should I still size down in these, if I'm planning to wear them as jeggings/pants? (Are they thick enough to wear as pants at all?)
