I'm getting married in a few months and have this dress from Nordstrom's - http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/29.....7&P=1.

Angie - I'm looking for a tailor/seamstress in Seattle who could hem this for me. Ideally, someone budget-friendly who is skilled at dealing with pleats. Any ideas?
And everyone else - The V-neck is deep on the dress on me, any thoughts on how to add a small simple or ruffly piece to add a bit of coverage?
