Is there such a thing as Plus Size Premium Denim with Long or Tall Inseams?

I am slowly trying to update my wardrobe. All of my jeans definitely aren't PPL. I am 5'10". I did recently buy some Old Navy plus longs (s/b 34" inseam) in 18 (dreamer bootcut) and 20 (skinnies). I thought they were long enough when I bought them, but now I think they might be too short also. BTW, I can't wear high heels due to a knee injury. My stomach is very poochy and I have wider hips and a narrower waist. I'm a MOTG and live in jeans; it'sfrustrating not having ones that fit!
