I want to find somewhere where I can buy something like what I have pictured in my head however I don't know the name of the piece of clothing I want, in fact I'm not even sure if there is a name for it!! I want a kind of bolero jacket/shrug but even shorter so it only covers the shoulders and has a fringe round the shoulders.

i think they're gonna come into fashion. i'm seeing them on loads of celebs but they aren't in any shops i've found and i really want to buy one!
