I am planning to check out the half- yearly sale at Nordstroms today or tomorrow evening after work. Any recommendations?

Not Angie, but I find the selection in Nordstrom stores varies drastically by location. I recommend looking online before going to the store and printing out items you want to try on. Show the items to the sales associate and if he/she can't find the exact item, they may be able to order it for you or find something similar in store.

That's great advice! You can also look up an item to see if you can buy online and pick up in the store.

I've just spent the day at the sale with a client. Lots of fab goodies! Head straight to "the good stuff" - that's my rule of thumb when high end department stores go on sale.
