I really love the mod look and shape of the KK dress you posted for work with my tall boots. The length is great for me. How does the fit run for an IT? TIA - I know you're busy so no hurry!

Not Angie, but I can see you in this. FWIW, I have two KK dresses. One small and one medium and I prefer the fit of the medium. I'm guessing you would be a small.

Which KK dress are you referring to? One of my best fitted dresses is Karen Kane and I wore a M (I'm a size 8/10 in most brands - usually 10 at the top).

Yes! It looks very you. I love that the stripe is just across the body. Minimal and cool!

ETA: One thing, it looks like it has a slight flare at the bottom. Are you okay with that? It seems like you are preferring the tube skirt silhouette.

Actually I love an A line dress! I prefer the tube skirt because I can modify the top half, but a tube dress won't work and an A line balances the shoulders (as you understand!).

This is definitely a style you can pull off. In theory, the blue stripe with the a-line skirt should have a balancing effect. I tend to prefer a-line tunics and certain a-line dresses myself (esp KK dresses: they're super comfy)

Love that dress. And from one IT to another, I'm selfishly hoping you try it! Would look so great with what I can see of your coloring. Saw the fit, style, and stripe and my first thought was it's a "shoulder balancer" too. In fact, right now, I'm convinced this is about the absolute only dress style that works on me. Plus it looks comfy and "fuss-free" - always top of my list. Putting it on my "stalking" list to see if it ever goes on sale.
